What date will the O's obtain 20 wins this season?

I am going to 3x optimistic and say Wed. June 23 hosting Florida.

Bags, I think it will come after Trembley is fired, not before. The date is uncertain since it is contingent upon the firing of Dave Trembley, a good man, but a bad major league manager.

I say it will be the weekend of the Nats series.

They will win:
one of the 6 games vs. the Yankees.
one game vs. Boston
one game vs. Mets
one game vs. FLA
one game vs. WAS.

They will be swept by SF and SD.

I'm using math to figure my date out. They've played 51 games and won 15 (even though they won game 15 a week ago). Since they need 5 wins for 20, I'll say the 17th game of June which falls on June 19th. I'd pick my (and Milt's) birthday on the 21st for the hell of it but they aren't playing that day.

So Saturday, June 19th vs the Padres is my prediction.

I'll say June 13th. They will take 2 out of 3 from Boston causing their fans to commit mass suicide. Then they will sweep the Mets because the Mets lose to crappy opponents.

Got up at 4:00 am drove to Annapolis. Got there at 7:00 am. Got in the reserved line (about 375th of a line of 500) for my iPhone 4 and my grandson got in the unreserved line of about 700. Get my iPhone at 10:00 am and my grandson got on the list for an iPhone 4 next week. Wandered about the mall watching Rose select estimated purse number 211 for her collection, I don't say a word, I have an iPhone 4. We had lunch at the California Pizza Kitchen.

Got home at 2:00 pm played with the new iPhone. Got ready to go to Salisbury for dinner at Fratelli's with my oldest son and his family. Had a nice dinner and drove home.

Settled back with a fist full of Marker's Mark around inning 4 and watched the O's cruise to their 20th win… as I had predicted. All in all a nice day.

What did you eat at Fratelli's? Don't order a martini there. They're awfully watered down, perhaps by ice melt in the shaker, and they won't follow directions to make it DRY. Like the salad and linguine with red clam sauce though.

Let's guess during which month the Os win No. 40.

I had the Veal Francaise, at least I think there was veal below the surface of the sauce which I apparently caught at high tide. In spite of being inundated by the sauce it was good.

I had a Martini on the rocks and it was dry enough for my taste. The salad and bread sticks are very good.

I understand that the crab cakes are terrific. Rose had one and she thought it was excellent, mostly lump with very little binder…just didn't seem right to order a crab cake in an Italian restaurant. Next time I'll have the crab cake.

Their eggplant Parmigiano is also good.
